Q Why should I consider coming to Phuket International Dental Center?
Q Phuket International Dental Center provides extremely high standards of service and quality, at an affordable price. Whilst the outcome of dental treatment is most important, our clients save substantial amounts on having procedures done here in Phuket compared to their home countries. It is not unreasonable to achieve savings of over 70% on dentals services.

Q I am concerned about the standard of dental care. Is it the same as my home country?
Q Yes, definitely. Our standards of surgery are comparable, if not better than many western countries. Our dentists are also experts within their areas of expertise.

Q How do I make an appointment?
Q Simple, all you have to do is complete the registration form here www.dental-phuket.com/registration.php or inform us by email of your preferred dental appointment date and what procedures you are requesting. If an appointment is available, our coordinators will be in contact with you to finalize any arrangements.

Q What about hotels and transport?
Q Phuket is an internationally recognized tourist destination, with literally thousands of hotel rooms ranging from budget to 5 star. The choice can be overwhelming. We find that most of our clients wish to stay at Patong Beach, which is the main centre of activity for tourists, as well as having lots of shops, restaurants and transport. If you cannot decide on which hotel is most suitable for you, we have partner hotels that provide good discounts for our clients. Contact our Dental Department and our coordinator will give you some recommendations. For transport, we can arrange this for you at very competitive rates and for some clients, transports to and from your appointments is complimentary.

Q How long in advance should I book?
Q Most clients can be accommodated immediately, particularly if you are having teeth whitening, a dental crown or a simple procedure. If you are planning on a more complex procedure, usually a week’s notice is preferred, although you can make appointments months in advance to assist in planning you holiday.

Q Are the dentists qualified?
Q Certainly yes. All are registered dentists and have considerable experience in their selected areas of dentistry.

Q How do I pay for my treatment?
Q Treatment is invoiced in Thai Baht currency. You can pay by cash, credit card or for complex procedure which are booked in advance, by bank transfer. The hospital has ATM and cash machines on site and banking facilities are located nearby for currency exchange.
